  • Prices for classes are as displayed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Cancellations and Refunds (by you):

  • Cancellations cannot be made within 24 hours of the class or appointment

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hrs ahead of time will be subject to a full refund

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the original payment method.

• Cancellations and Changes (by us):

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances, low enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other reasons beyond our control.

  • In the event of a cancellation by us, you will be offered a full refund or the option to carry your credit to another class.

  • We will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible for any cancellations or changes.

• Participation and Conduct:

  • You are responsible for ensuring you are physically and mentally able to participate in our classes. If you have any health concerns, please consult with your doctor before participating.

  • Please inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations before the class begins.

  • You are responsible for the degree of participation. All exercises with any degree of physical difficulties will be instructed with less strenuous options where difficulties are raised.

  • We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove any individual from a class if their conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or violates our policies.
